Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 10
years old sharing bed with parent without Breakfast
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional
charge of IDR 100.000 nett/pax/day
Our Rates are simply to be advised
Cancellation:
During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation
received by us 7 days prior to arrival date and for
cancellation received less than 7 days prior to
arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable
21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day
cancellation notice is subject to full amount of
total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (from May, June, July &
August and from20th December to 5th January, before
and after 3 days of Idul Fitri)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire
value of the booking will be applied for all
cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system
and therefore your booking is automatically
confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you
have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out
earlier than the reservation made.
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges
