Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly.
2.  Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid aged 8 years and under sharing bed with parent
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 20 nett/pax/day (Low Season), of USD 25 nett/pax/day (High Season)

Cancellation:

During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 16 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 16 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
 
During High & Peak Season (from the whole August and from 20th December to 5th January)
Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 30 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 2 (two) nights room charge

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
