Imaj private villa Batu Layar Lombok is private villas located on hill top of Batu Layar, only 15 minutes drive from Mataram Airport and 10 minutes from the Senggigi nightlife you will feel as if you are a world away in this spectacular hill-top resort, consisting of 4 enormous private villas; 2x3 bedroom, 1x2 bedroom and 1 honeymoon, each complete with private courtyard and pool. Also on offer are 3x1 bedroom suites which have a shared lagoon pool and beautiful gardens.

Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast, additional charge shall be applied accordingly
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 20 nett/pax/day

Cancellation:
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 30 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, and therefore
cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation

Please note that cancellation notice should be made in writing

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
2.  No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made.
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
