Deluxe Room ( 16 rooms )
Comfortable room with garden or sea view, special twin-bed in lombok style, mini bar, air conditioning, room to room telephone, bathroom with shower and / or bathtub, cold and hot running water, satellite television, dressing table.

Bungalow ( 04 Room )
Our bungalows are well situated with garden or sea view near the pool. They are featured with king-size bed, mini bar, air conditioning, room to room telephone, bathroom with shower and / or bathtub, cold and hot running water, satellite television, dressing table and private terrace amidst greenery.

Suites ( 04 Rooms )
The spacious suites are equipped with all comfort you may expect like diving table, your own private seat with couch, king-size bed in Balinese style with curtain against the mosquito's, mini barm air conditioning, room to room telephone, bathroom with shower and bathtub, cold and hot running water, satellite television, dressing table, The suites have beautiful sea and garden view.

Meeting rooms
1. Kamboja Meeting room
Capacity : 75 Pax in Class style, 40 in U- shape style, 100 pax in Teather style.

2. Bougenvile meeting room
Capacity : 35 Pax in U- Shape style, 50 Pax in Class style, 60 Paxs in Teather style
Meeting Facilities are :
1 Meeting room's equipments, LCD Projector, Screen, sound system, wireless mike, mini garden, full AC and Podium.
 

Remarks :

TERM & CONDITION

Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge shall be applied accordingly and additional breakfast for kids from 2 to 11 years old: of USD 3 nett/pax/day.
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid up to the age of 11 years old sharing bed with parent
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD 15 nett/pax/day

Our Rates are simply to be advised

CANCELLATION :

During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied
 
During High & Peak Season (from the whole August and from 24th December to 3rd January, and before & after 3 days of Lebaran/big Celebration for Moslem Society)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Please note that cancellation notice should be made in writing

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation.
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
