waters of the Indian Ocean, or the uniquely designed
pool. Two beachfront villas on Senggigi Beach
overlook the Lombok Strait and offer private pools
and gardens, as well as the ultimate in comfort.

TERM & CONDITION
Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2
people, additional charge of USD 15 nett/pax/day.
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge.
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 2 kids under 12
years old sharing bed with parent.
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional
charge of USD 35++/pax/day.

CANCELLATION :
During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation
received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for
cancellation received less than 10 days prior to
arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one) night
room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax &
service charge will be applied.
During High & Peak Season (from 16th July to 15th
September and from 24th December to 5th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire
value of the booking will be applied for all
cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.
Please note that cancellation notice should be made
in writing
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system
and therefore your booking is automatically
confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you
have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out
earlier than the reservation made
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
