Villa Sayang Boutique & Spa has gathered much of his
staff from nearby villages ensuring you experience
true Lombok hospitality where helpfulness &
friendliness are important aspects of the sasak
culture. Herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables like
chilies, turmeric, lemon grass, mango, guava,
jackfruit, coconut, rambutan, passion fruit,
cassava, sweet potato, and peanuts are grown on our
property. making sure of their freshness. We even
grown our own rice!

Cancellation:
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on
cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival
date and for cancellation received less than 10 days
prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charge
will be applied and in event of no show or on same
day cancellation notice is subject to full amount of
total room booked
During High & Peak Season (From 15th July to 15th
September 1st to 31st August, 20th December to 15th
January
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire
value of the booking will be applied for all
cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system
and therefore your booking is automatically
confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you
have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out
earlier than the reservation made.
